Can’t Find Your Ticket?

• Your ticket email was sent from: The League of Live Stream Theater via @vhx.tv

  The subject is "Start watching THE DAY-MONTH, DATE, TIME, PRODUCTION"

  If you cannot find it, please search your inbox, spam, or promotions folders.

• You do not need the confirmation email to watch. As long as you log in with the same email used to purchase, your show will appear in your account.

• YOU CAN LOG IN DIRECTLY

  Go to watch.lolst.org and log in using the same email address used to purchase your ticket.

  Select the SPECIFIC DATE AND TIME OF THE PERFORMANCE OR if on-Demand, select the on-demand performance you already purchased and click Start Watching.

• The stream becomes available approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. We recommend logging in at least 15 minutes early.

  Select the SPECIFIC DATE AND TIME OF THE PERFORMANCE OR if on-Demand, select the on-demand performance you already purchased and click Start Watching.

Live and As-Live streams typically become available approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.

If your ticket includes replay access, it will become available after the live window and remain accessible for the period listed on your ticket.

Open your ticket confirmation email and click the Start Watching link. This will take you directly to your performance.

The link will include the date and time of the performance you purchased.

Or log in directly:

1. Go to watch.lolst.org

2. Log in using the same email address and password used to purchase your ticket

3. Locate the performance you purchased by selecting the correct date and time (or on-demand)

4. Click the performance and select Start Watching to begin

Availability Timing

Live and As-Live streams typically become available approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.

If your ticket includes replay access, it will become available after the live window and remain accessible for the period listed on your ticket.

You can watch on your television by downloading the League of Live Stream Theater app on one of these TV devices:

• Apple TV (the Apple TV device connected to your television)
• Roku devices or Roku TVs
• Amazon Fire TV devices or Fire TVs
• Google TV or Chromecast with Google TV

Important

Apple TV and Roku are devices, not channels or streaming services.

The show will not appear inside Apple TV+ streaming service, Roku Channel streaming service, Netflix streaming service, or any other streaming platform.

You must download the League of Live Stream Theater app from the device’s app store.

Steps

1. Turn on your Apple TV device, Roku TV, Fire TV, or Google TV device.

2. Open the App Store or Channel Store on that device.

3. Search for League of Live Stream Theater.

4. Download the app.

5. Open the app and sign in using the email you used to purchase your ticket.

6. Select your performance and press play.

Your ticket will appear automatically once you sign in.

If the TV App Is Not Working

You can always watch on:

• A laptop or desktop computer
• An iPad or tablet
• Your phone

Just go to watch.lolst.org sign in with the email used to purchase your ticket, and select your performance.

If you prefer to watch on your TV, you can also connect your computer to your television using an HDMI cable, cast to your TV or screen mirror.
